Ibrahim Afellay is a talented midfielder with PSV Eindhoven who has Moroccan parentage.
The 22-year-old is only a recent inclusion in the Dutch national squad but he is one of the most promises players at Marco van Basten's disposal.
He made his debut for PSV as a 17-year-old in 2004 but it was another 12-months before his major breakthrough into the first-team.
It was in 2005 that Afellay was also called up to the senior Dutch squad for the first time but he did not play and soon after Morocco came calling and named him in an international party.
After taking his time to decide Afellay opted for Holland and made his debut on the Euro 2008 qualifier against Slovenia in March 2007.
With Clarence Seedorf's decision not to go to Austria & Switzerland, Afellay could now even push for a starting place in Marco van Basten's side - although he is more likely to play a squad role.
